About Pete

Pete Churchill, a renowned composer, pianist, singer, songwriter and educator, has been writing for choirs of all ages, both amateur and professional, for over three decades now. His reputation as a choir director and songwriter takes him all over the world and he has worked with Refugee choirs in Malaysia, Student choirs in Finland, Community choirs in Australia and Chamber choirs in Hungary as well as running his own groundbreaking group, ‘The London Vocal Project.' 

The subject matter of Pete's songs usually deals with ‘issues’ relevant to all groups of people - issues of our time… Immigration, Hunger, Climate change and so forth.
